Week 4: The Heart <3

Welcome to Week 4 of RESOUND! We’re working with the Heart today. The Heart is the meeting point between two energetic channels moving through us. This lesson won’t land properly or fully make sense if you haven’t built the foundation of awareness and energetic work established in the first three lessons, so please make sure to start there, and give yourself at least one week for each lesson. There is no rush.

After last week’s lesson, you may have had some density come up to be processed. This just means any energy/feeling that is UNCOMFORTABLE to hold or witness. We are conditioned to close off our heart or numb when this comes up. This is HOW the witch wound functions, and how that then translates to “blocks” creatively, personally, etc. We’ll unpack this more today as we work with the Heart. So let’s jump in…
